How long will a padlock last using the Padlock Saver? |

The key to the longevity of a padlock is keeping it away from continuous exposure to the elements. Due to the many factors out of our control with regards to how an individual installs and uses the Padlock Saver and the condition of the existing lock it's impossible for us to give a time frame for how long a padlock will last. However, with a new lock and proper installation and use of the Padlock Saver your padlock will give you trouble free operation from weather related issues for a very long time. |

Note: If your current padlock is in poor condition or contaminated
with grime and oil products we strongly recommend installing a new
padlock to ensure trouble free operation. A new padlock will not
require any lubricating products when protected under the Padlock Saver. |

At this time the Padlock Saver only comes in the black. |

What is the warranty on the Padlock Saver? |

Padlock Saver is warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 180 days. If the product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the 180 day time period replacement will be free of charge. This warranty does not cover products which have been abused, damaged, misused or cut in a manner not in keeping with the installation instructions. |

Does the Padlock Saver come with any hardware to install it? |

The Padlock Saver comes with 2 wood screws and washers for installation on a wood surface. For installation on a metal surface you will have to determine and purchase the proper hardware needed for your particular setup.
